Help?

Folks, if any of you are handy with VBA, especially as (but not limited to) it pertains to GIS, could you help me out with my program?

(And, Deals, don't feel bad. It's not your fault that I centered my project around you. I could have done something easier.)

I really wish I could help! I would be happy to sit next to you and make sympathetic noises.

But it IS all my fault. You wanted to be nice and make my life easier. But now your life sucks and you're speaking in acronyms. Tragic!

Don't bring lunch on Thursday. I'm treating you to either CITY CAFE TO GO or CELEBRITY (your choice). Don’t argue with me. Just accept the free food and move on…

I wish I could help, but I don't know what GIS is. Now, C++ I could deal with.

I'm feeling singularly useless. I should be able to help with this sort of thing.

Well, Lia, since you're an engineer, if I needed help with Fortran, I would definitely turn to you...not that you guys use Fortran anymore, from what I've heard.

GIS is just geographic information systems. It's the VBA that's the real problem. Can't figure out how to append to the stupid csv file instead of simply overwriting it every time.

Bother.

And Deals, thanks for taking responsibility. Really, it's not your fault, but I'll let you feel that way since it means I get a free lunch.

(Thanks for the sympathetic noises, JLR).

Bother.

I'll content myself with sympathy.

And you're certainly right, Fortran is SO over! I can recommend replacements, though. :)

Best of luck.
