I don't like it. I thought I might because it's fruit, and I love most of the different type of fruit that I've tried. I bought three grapefruit at the grocery store the other day because they were on sale (three for a dollar!). I tried eating it plain. I tried eating it with sugar. I tried eating it with salt. I just don't like it. It's like the grapefruit tree forgot to put the sweet part in the fruit. The discovery was rather disappointing.

oh, RR: i love grapefruit. but only with mounds of sugar.
it sort of cancels out the healthiness of the grapefruit, though.
I tried mounds of sugar. It didn't work. Maybe the mounds I used were *quite* enough.
I don't believe I've ever been called an innovator before.
Yum. Grapefruit.
Personally, I think it is AWESOME when you buy grapefruit, because then I get FREE grapefruit delievered to me at work.
I would also like to comment on the fact that it will never make any rational sense (at least not to me) why you would insist on buying something you don't like JUST because it happens to be on sale. I never buy onions or donuts for this particular reason (even when I received a gift card for a free bakers dozen at Crispy Cream. Don't worry I donated the donuts to a nonprofit organization that was hosting a breakfast thing to raise money, so the gift card (and/or donuts) didn't go to waste).
But I digress...
Back to grapefruit. Even my DOG loves grapefruit (or at least the word "grapefruit". Maybe I'll compose a poem entitled, "Ode to a grapefruit". Then I'll recite the poem to the music of RIZE ("Crump. Clown. Break it on down). How does "Grape. Fruit. Yummy, Yummy Loot" sound?
You misspelled the name of the donut place. It's Krispy Kreme. And at least I don't have an irrational fear of grapefruit, as you have an irrational fear of donuts.
Mmmm, krispy kreme.
Anyhow, I bought the grapefruit in a fit of optimism. I thought I might ilke it. I was wrong.
RR often buys things in a fit of optimism, the fit having been inspired by the thing being on sale. Believe me. It's sad.
